Double Body Butterfly Paddy Separators involved in rice milling unit to process the paddy to rice. First of all the paddy is cleaned then shelled by dehusker. The shelled paddy consists of three type of grain Paddy, Brown Rice and Husk. After shelling process, husk is separated by Husk Aspirator. Now the mixture of paddy and rice is fed to Paddy Separator where we separate them and then rice goes for polishing and the paddy for reprocessing at paddy bin.

Double Body Butterfly Paddy Separators are designed for Medium and high capacity rice mills of 5 to 1 0 TPH. These machines comes with an automatic control panel and SS trays.
